London Array, the 630MW offshore wind farm located in the Outer Thames Estuary, first started generating power in October 2012. The 35MW/70Mwh plant will power 15,900 homes per day based upon two cycles per day. It is expected to become operational in Q2 2027.

Sherabad Solar Project
In August 2021, Masdar signed an agreement with the Ministry of Investment and Foreign Trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan and JSC National Electric Grid of Uzbekistan to design, finance, build and operate a 457-megawatt (MW) utility-scale solar PV project in the Surkhandarya Region of Uzbekistan. This project reached full capacity in 2024, with commercial operation expected to commence in 2026.
