Guzar

Masdar has entered into a Public Private Partnership Agreement to design, build and operate a 300MW solar photovoltaic power plant and 75MWh capacity battery energy storage system in the Kashkadarya Region in the Republic of Uzbekistan. Welkin Road Stockport

The Welkin Road battery energy storage system (BESS) plant is situated in Stockport on a previously industrialized site, conforming to Masdar Arlington Energy’s strategy to house projects on land in need of redevelopment and regeneration. The 20MW/40Mwh plant will power 10,000 homes per day based upon two cycles per day. It is expected to become operational in Q2 2025.

Royle Barn Road Rochdale

The Royle Barn Road battery energy storage system (BESS) plant is situated in Rochdale on a previously industrialized site, conforming to Masdar Arlington Energy’s strategy to house projects on land in need of redevelopment and regeneration. The 35MW/70Mwh plant will power 15,900 homes per day based upon two cycles per day. It is expected to become operational in Q2 2027.

Bilasuvar Solar Power Plant

The Investment agreement for the 445MW Bilasuvar Solar project was reached in October 2023, followed by the signing of Power Purchase Agreements, Transmission Connection Agreements, and Land Lease Agreements.
