Women Driving the Next Wave of AI Innovation

Artificial intelligence is transforming economies, industries, and the systems that underpin sustainable development. Yet women remain underrepresented in the decisions shaping how AI is designed, funded and deployed. Drawing on insights from the ADSW x WiSER dialogue at London Climate Action Week 2026, this report examines the barriers limiting women's participation and influence and sets out five actions to help shape a more inclusive intelligence era.
