UAE Foreign Minister Visits Masdar-Built Solar Plant in Mauritania

Solar Impulse 2 arrives in Egypt before homeward journey to Abu Dhabi
Solar Impulse 2 (Si2), the solar-powered plane attempting to become the first aircraft in the world to circumnavigate the globe without using a drop of fossil fuel, took another step towards its epic goal when it touched down in Egypt at 7:10 Egypt time today. Masdar Delivers Samoa’s First Wind Farm
The Samoan Prime Minister, the Honorable Tuilaepa Aiono Sailele Malielegaoi, today inaugurated the country’s first wind farm. Delivered by Masdar, Abu Dhabi’s renewable energy company, the 550 kWe project is the second completed under the United Arab Emirates’ (UAE) $50 million Pacific Partnership Fund, which is managed by Abu Dhabi Fund for Development (ADFD). Lights On Across Egypt’s Remote Areas as Masdar Delivers Solar Projects
