WiSER is a global platform that champions women as leaders of sustainable change.

Special initiative

Encouraging innovation to make Abu Dhabi a hub for sustainability and renewable energy.

IAmWiSER

This global campaign encouraged policymakers, industry leaders and the public to take the #IAmWiSER pledge to champion women as agents of sustainable change. The campaign was launched in October 2022 with the endorsement of women globally recognized for leading sustainability at the highest levels of UAE government, multinational corporations, and the United Nations.

WiSER Cares

WiSER Cares is an initiative launched to engage women enrolled on the WiSER Pioneers Program in an active learning experience and a multidisciplinary approach focused on promoting community development through cultural exchange.

WiSER Mentorship Program

The WiSER Mentorship Program is open to women enrolled in the WiSER Pioneers Program. Its purpose is to aid career progression by providing one-to-one mentoring sessions with senior industry figures.

WiSER Pioneers Program

The WiSER Pioneers Program is a year-long program offering young women aged 25 to 35 access to bespoke educational workshops and global networking opportunities with industry experts, creating leaders with an entrepreneurial mindset who are prepared to shape a more sustainable world.
