Masdar joins Iberdrola to co-invest in the Baltic Eagle wind farm in Germany

Masdar and Tonga Sign Mou to Build 500 KW Solar Photovoltaic Power Plant
Masdar will be in charge of the implementation and construction of a 500 KW solar photovoltaic power plant to be installed in Vava’u Island. The project, is financed by a grant provided by Abu Dhabi Fund for Development (ADFD), the solar plant will deliver around 13 percent of Tonga’s annual electricity demand.

Global CCS Institute Opens First Regional Headquarters at Masdar City
Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates; 30th August 2022: Masdar City, the regional home of technology innovation and R&D in Abu Dhabi, has announced the opening of the Global Carbon Capture and Storage (CCS) Institute’s first Middle East headquarters.
