Masdar Wins Three Emirates Energy Award Prizes
Masdar, Abu Dhabi’s renewable energy company, yesterday won three awards at the Dubai Supreme Council of Energy’s inaugural Emirates Energy Award ceremony. Masdar was recognized for its achievements in developing large-scale renewable energy projects, designing buildings with high levels of energy efficiency and cultivating young professionals in the clean-energy sector. Zayed Sustainability Prize 2020 submissions up 13 per cent
Following its 11th annual awards ceremony, held in January, the Zayed Sustainability Prize, the UAE's pioneering global award in sustainability, entered a four-month submissions phase for the 2020 awards, which closed on 30th May with a record 2,373 completed submissions; a 13 per cent increase over the previous year.

Masdar Signs Cooperative Framework with Energias de Portugal

Masdar Signs MOU with JBIC to Accelerate Renewable Energy Technologies
Masdar today signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the Japan Bank for International Cooperation (JBIC) that will see the two parties work together in identifying, financing and executing renewable energy projects around the world. The agreement was signed by H.E Dr. Sultan Al Jaber, Minister of State and CEO of Masdar, and JBIC Governor, CEO, Hiroshi Watanabe.
