US Congressional Delegation Visits
A delegation of eight representatives from the United States Congress visited Masdar City on Sunday as part of a trip to the United Arab Emirates (UAE) to participate in an educational and cultural exchange. US$50m UAE-Caribbean Renewable Energy Fund in Talks with 6 Caribbean Countries

How sustainable technology will help Sharjah turn waste into energy
Sharjah has an ambitious goal to become the first zero-waste city in the Middle East by diverting all of its municipal waste away from landfill sites by 2020.
