Michelle Wu is the Chief Digitalization Officer at Masdar, where she leads the company’s efforts to become a digitally enabled, AI-powered organization. Michelle brings significant global experience at the intersection of technology, data, and industrial operations.
Michelle is a global technology executive with over two decades of strategic leadership at Fortune 100 and multinational organizations including General Electric and Ingram Micro. Prior to joining Masdar, she served as Chief Digital Data & Technology Officer at Brenntag SE, a DAX-40 company, where she led large-scale digital transformation initiatives spanning more than 70 countries and delivered measurable impact across commercial, operational, and customer platforms.
Throughout her career, Michelle has demonstrated expertise in digital innovation and orchestrated digital ecosystems that drive measurable business values while building inclusive, high-performing technology organizations across global markets.
Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems and Business Process Management from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business, and an MBA in Finance and Marketing from Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business.
