Hamad Almenhali
Acting Executive Director, Internal Audit
Hamad Almenhali currently serves as the Acting Executive Director of Internal Audit at Masdar. With a career spanning 20 years exclusively in the private sector, Hamad has accumulated a wealth of financial and internal audit experience in diverse industries, including telecommunications, banking, and aerospace logistics.
He joined Masdar in 2011 and spent three years at finance before moving to internal audit in 2014.
Mr Almenhali’s skill set encompasses a broad spectrum, including internal audit assurance and advisory services, corporate risk management, accounting, finance, and banking.
He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a major in finance, graduating magna cum laude from Abu Dhabi University. Further advancing his education, he earned an Executive MBA with distinction from Zayed University.
