Chloe is an accomplished executive with two decades of experience in top-tier private practice and in-house legal roles in large private and multinational organizations.
Prior to joining Masdar, Chloe was the Deputy General Counsel of UAE Investments, one of the largest business platforms in Mubadala covering a portfolio of UAE-led assets in multiple sectors, including renewables.
Chloe trained at international law firm, Baker and McKenzie in Australia and continued her career in the UK at Linklaters in the London and Abu Dhabi office. She has a detailed understanding of complex matters whilst providing strategic advice and leading teams of varying sizes. Chloe has broad industry experience, having advised on major projects and domestic and international transactions, and with a proven record of managing organizational transformational change and setting up a company’s legal, governance and compliance functions.
