Tamer Tantawy
Senior Vice President, Group Strategic Investments at ADNOC
Tamer Tantawy serves as Senior Vice President, Group Strategic Investments at ADNOC, where he is responsible for executing strategic transactions across M&A, debt and equity capital markets, and structured financing, as well as investor relations for the Group. He brings more than 15 years of experience across energy and infrastructure investments and has contributed to over $50 billion in transactions.
Prior to his current role, he held a number of positions within ADNOC, supporting the Group’s portfolio growth and engagement with financial institutions and strategic partners. He previously worked at Waha Capital, focusing on capital markets and private equity investments.
Mr. Tantawy holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from West Virginia University.
