Mansoor Mohamed Al Hamed
Executive Director, UAE Industries
Mansoor Al Hamed is Executive Director of UAE Industries within Mubadala's UAE Investments platform. In this role, he oversees a portfolio of strategic industrial and energy investments, including Mubadala Energy, Emirates Global Aluminium (EGA), Masdar Clean Energy, Tabreed, TBX Nexxia, Taweelah RO, Fujairah F3 and other key assets that support the UAE's long-term economic development and industrial growth.
Mansoor brings more than 20 years of leadership experience spanning the energy, industrial and investment sectors. Prior to assuming his current role, he served as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Mubadala Energy, where he led the company's international growth strategy and operations. Before his appointment as CEO in 2021, he held the position of Chief Growth Officer, overseeing business development, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic growth initiatives across the business.
Mansoor joined Mubadala Energy in 2010. Prior to that, he worked within a diversified private sector business in the UAE, holding a range of commercial and management positions across multiple industries.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the American University in Dubai, as well as two Master of Science degrees from Abu Dhabi University and the National Defense College in Abu Dhabi.
