Mansoor Mohamed Alhamed
Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer Mubadala Energy
Mansoor Mohamed Alhamed was appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of Mubadala Energy in February 2021. In July 2024 he was appointed as the Managing Director of the company along with his role as the Chief Executive Officer.
Prior to his appointment as the CEO, he held the position of Chief Growth Officer on February 2019 where he was responsible for all new business development and Mergers & Acquisitions activities at Mubadala Energy.
Mansoor joined Mubadala Energy in September 2010. Before joining Mubadala Energy, he worked in a highly diversified private sector business based in the UAE, gaining experience across commercial and managerial roles held in various business sectors.
He brings with him more than 15 years of diverse experience in the oil and gas industry and across various disciplines of business leadership.
Apart from his duties as the Managing Director and CEO of Mubadala Energy, Mansoor is a member in the Company’s Board of Directors, and is also a member of Dolphin Energy, Tabreed and MAIR’s BoD.
Mansoor holds a BSc degree in Business Administration from the American University in Dubai and two MSc degrees from Abu Dhabi University and National Defence College in Abu Dhabi.
