How to apply?
Acceptance into Masdar Institute programmes depends on academic qualifications and English proficiency, as all lectures, laboratory sessions and written/oral examinations at the institute are conducted in English.
Applicants must have a minimum cumulative grade-point average of 3.0 on a 4-point scale. If the CGPA is borderline and the student has an excellent score on the Graduate Record Examination plus other valid reasons to be accepted, the application still may be considered.
(Applicants who do not have the GRE test may be evaluated for admission and be given the opportunity to refresh and extend their knowledge of the principles that underlie the academic field of their choice by taking placement exams or prerequisite courses. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org for details.)
All successful applicants to the Masdar Institute are offered scholarships that provide full financial support. The scholarships, which are available to students of all nationalities, include full tuition fees, a laptop, medical insurance, housing, travel expenses and a cost-of-living allowance.
